Уровень сложности - это уровень сложности тренировки, доступный для некоторых типов тренировки. Один уровень сложности отличается от другого соотношением дыхательного цикла, усложняющимся от уровня к уровню.

Where you can choose the complexity level in the app
- Go to Control tab.
- Choose the pattern that comprises more than one complexity levels.
- Tap on "Complexity level" item below.
- Choose the level you'd like. Note that ratio of breath cycle and BPM values have been changed as well.
