Setting the training

  1. Download this pattern if you don't have it yet.
  2. Choose this pattern of in Training tab or Control tab.
  3. For best results it is recommended to combine practicing this training type with "Singer" pattern.

Training process

  1. Choose the comfortable position. It's a good idea to stand with your posture straight and your shoulders relaxed.
  2. Empty your lungs, breathing out with effort ("Prepare").
  3. Inhale through your nose, trying to produce no noise.
  4. Exhale slowly and gradually through your nose, producing gentle "Mmmm" or "Nnnn" sound.
  5. Keep breathing like that till the end of your training session, being guided by breath method and chant indicators.
  6. After you're done, you might take some time for meditating and contemplating yourself, or you can start singing and feeling the difference in your voice.
