Seconds per ratio unit, or Sec per unit is the value that shows how many seconds (and milliseconds, if you have chosen decimals) are in every unit in the ratio of breath cycle and ratio of repose cycle for the chosen training type. Changing this value lets you to set and to control the training complexity.

Where you can modify "sec per unit" in the app

  1. Go to Control tab.
  2. Press on "Seconds per ratio unit" item.
  3. Choose the value you'd like and press "OK". Note that ratio of breath cycle and BPM values have been changed as well.
