Repose cycle

Repose cycle is the cycle without breath phases (namely inhalation, air retention, exhalation and air sustain), that is used for having a but of rest during complicated breathing session, and for meditation.

It has the following training parameters available:

• Ratio of repose cycle
• Seconds per unit
