== Set/change the ratio ==
# Go to [[Special:MyLanguage/Control_tab|Control tab]].
# Choose a [[Special:MyLanguage/training_type|training type]] you've already created/downloaded.
# Press on "Ratio of breath cycle" item.
# Use spinners to choose the ratio you'd like and press "OK". Note that [[Special:MyLanguage/Breaths_per_minute|Bpm]] value has been changed as well. 
* If you set any phase to "0", there will be no such phase in your pattern.<br />
