You may want to keep all your data (your training patterns, statistics, reminders and settings) on your SD card to secure them, or just to be more opened to new experiments with your custom trainings.

  • Choose "Create backup" item in "Memory card" section, tap on "Create" button. Note that there is a path to your backup file in your toast.
  • If you have a backup file created before, it will be replaced with the new one.

Restore your data from memory card

To get the info out of your SD card backup file back, do the following:

  • Choose "Restore data" item in "Memory card" section, tap on "Restore" button.
  • If there is any of new data other than in a backup file, it will be erased after restoring. It will be completely substituted by the data from the backup file.

Create the backup file on Google Drive

You can create the backup file on your Google Drive so you can have your data safe, plus this way you can sync your data through all of your devices. The first time you do that you have to be online; next times there's no such need, as Google Drive will be synced once you go online. It is available for Guru version.

  1. Choose "Create backup" item in "Google Drive" section.
  2. Choose Google account you'd like to create the backup at, tap on "Allow" (it is needed just for the first time).
  • If you have a backup file created before, it will be replaced with the new one.

Restore your data from Google Drive

To get your data out of your Google Drive backup file back, do the following:

  1. Choose "Restore data" item in "Google Drive" section, confirm it.
  • If you restore the data on your new device, make sure you are online.
  • If there is any of new data other than in a backup file, it will be erased after restoring. It will be completely substituted by the data from the backup file.
