Shield of Shambhala mudra is one of the hand mudras that are recommended to practice during breathing gymnastics sessions in Prana Breath app.

Effects

  • protects from negative influences

Performance

  1. Bend the fingers of right hand and clench them in a fist.
  2. Left hand fingers are straight, with thumb pressed to the hand.
  3. Cover and press straightened left hand against the back surface of right fist.
